Okay….he doesn’t, but with the groom a California Highway Patrol Officer and lot’s of his buddies also CHP’s, Roger took great delight in writing a very funny and special wedding ceremony based on this fact for the couple!! The crowd (and the groom and his buddies) loved it and Roger got two of his speeding tickets signed off ! (Okay, not really on the tickets….)
