By completing this questionnaire, you and your officiant will design a ceremony that is personal, meaningful, and completely unique to you, never generic, recycled, or stiff.

Your ceremony can be religious, non-religious, spiritual, or a blend of traditions, based entirely on what feels right for your relationship. Your answers help your officiant understand how you met, what makes your relationship special, and what you value most about each other, allowing us to create a ceremony that feels authentic and heartfelt rather than scripted or impersonal.

You do not need to answer every question. The questionnaire is designed to guide you and spark ideas, and you are encouraged to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Please do not include anything you do not want shared during your ceremony.
