The Irvine Hilton was the location for the late afternoon nuptials of Viet and Natalie.
These two amazingly, talented young people met as children in karate class, and later, had lockers near each other in junior high school.
Even at that tender age, when their paths crossed, their hearts just knew this was it — they had found The One!
Now, he is a doctor of medicine, and she is a fashion industry professional, with their first home in Arizona.
So finally, after all these years, these two “twin hearts” made their union official, in a beautiful outdoor custom ceremony officiated by Priscilla.
As is the Vietnamese way, Viet and Natalie’s wedding festivities were enjoyed by a very large gathering of family, friends, and extended family.
Decked out in white, taupe, and natural colors, our bride and groom were bestowed much love upon their marriage by their community, as they also took a vow of communal support for these two and their life-time together.
Sweet, serious, spiritual and heartfelt was their ceremony and their personal vows, which launched them into their new life as husband and wife with great joy and fanfare, accompanied by the live sounds of a string trio.
Then, it was on to their party filled with games, props, and cultural honoring of the parents, the elders, and the bride and groom with advice and congratulations, and of course, wonderful food and drink.
A fantastic time was had by all.
Now, they can relax!
