Congratulations to Arlene Howard and Frank Olivas on their January 16, 2016 wedding in Riverside, CA. It was a relatively small wedding in a private home in Riverside on a beautiful California afternoon. The guests were very comfortable and settled in and enjoyed the ceremony and “down home” food, drink and music. Everyone was in the “party mode” from the moment they arrived! My best goes out to the happy couple and the new Olivas family.
