It was a beautiful summer evening in the semi-rural Riverside County town of Mira Loma, as Rev. Ralph presided over the nuptials of Diana and Frank in the backyard of their lovely home. Music from a solo violin set the mood, and about 75 friends and family members rejoiced as they repeated their vows under the setting sun.
