Mike is an Emcee, auctioneer, and most importantly, an Improv guy, writing, directing, producing, and performing interactive theatre for over 20 years. Mike will help make your wedding fun, romantic, unique, and incorporate the carefully planned with every unexpected gift of the day, absorb any stress related to the ceremony itself, so that you and your party are free to laugh and celebrate.

A former military officer, Mike has a tremendous voice, able to command attention in any room; and the sensitivity and control to deliver a subtle, realistic, layered, flexible performance, which landed him roles on JAG, Alias, and Drake & Josh. With a B.A. in English from the Univ. of Notre Dame, Mike is a lover of languages, and can weave some phrases in German, Russian, French or almost any language or accent you request into the ceremony. The right design of ceremony will come from you, as I listen to what you need, and we build your ceremony together.

Mike is based in North Orange County, and travels throughout So Cal.

My wedding was very unique because wasn’t a traditional wedding, rather was a production with acting and entertainment. Rev. McKay was outstanding, because not only he was the officiant with excellent and accurate words according to the situation but also he performed as an assistant of the wedding planner prior to the ceremony entertaining and mingling with the guests. Everybody laugh so much, and like him so much that everybody wanted his name and his contact. He even sang in the ceremony.
